A Milestone Moment: My Ribbon Cutting Experience

The ribbon cutting was such a meaningful moment for me. It was one of those experiences where you pause and realize, this is really happening. What started as an idea and a lot of behind-the-scenes work became something worth celebrating.

Being welcomed and supported by the Eastland Chamber of Commerce made the day even more special. From the conversations to the encouragement, it reminded me why community matters so much in business.

The ribbon cutting wasn’t just about marking a moment—it was about momentum. A reminder that growth doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen when you stay consistent and keep showing up.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support and excited for what this milestone leads to next.

Stepping Into the New Year with Excitement

There’s something about a new year that feels energizing. A fresh chapter. A clean slate. And honestly, a lot of excitement for what’s ahead.

This year already feels special. I officially joined the Chamber of Commerce and recently celebrated with a ribbon cutting—something I never imagined I’d be doing not too long ago. It was a reminder of how far this journey has come and how much growth is still ahead.

I’m walking into this year with confidence, gratitude, and a whole lot of anticipation. New opportunities, new connections, and new ways to grow—both personally and professionally.

If this is any indication of how the year is starting, I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Closing the Year with Gratitude

As this year comes to a close, I’ve found myself reflecting more than usual. On the growth, the lessons, the moments that stretched me, and the ones that reminded me why I started in the first place.

Not everything went according to plan and that’s okay. Some of the best things this year came from unexpected turns, quiet perseverance, and simply showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

I’m ending this year grateful. Grateful for the work, the people I’ve connected with, and the creativity God has trusted me with. And I’m stepping into the new year with clarity, purpose, and excitement for what’s ahead.

Here’s to closing this chapter well and opening the next one with intention.

Christmas: Telling the Greatest Story Ever Told

There’s something about Christmastime that slows my heart in a way the rest of the year doesn’t. The lights are warmer, the songs feel deeper, and everything seems to gently point back to the same truth—Jesus came.

In the middle of all the decorations, gift lists, and busy schedules, I try to remind myself why this season matters so much. Christmas isn’t about perfection or having it all together. It’s about a Savior who entered the world humbly, wrapped in flesh, born into a broken world so that we could know hope, peace, and redemption.

As someone who tells stories for a living through words, images, and creativity I’m constantly reminded that the story of Jesus is the greatest one we’ll ever know. A story of love so deep that heaven touched earth. A story that didn’t begin in a palace, but in a manger. A story that still changes hearts today.

This season, my prayer is that we don’t rush past Him. That we pause long enough to sit in the wonder of Emmanuel God with us. That we remember Christmas is not about what we bring to the table, but about what was freely given to us.

This business, this creative work, this ministry it all flows from that truth. Every post, every photo, every story shared is an opportunity to reflect His light and point back to Him, even in small ways.

So as Christmas approaches, may our homes be filled with peace, our hearts with gratitude, and our lives with a renewed awe for the Savior who came for us.

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.”

— Luke 2:11 (KJV)

Merry Christmas. May we never stop telling His story.
